Erickson Senior Living Avery Point in Short Pump, VA, is seeking a student-friendly server to deliver meals and create memorable dining experiences for residents and guests. This part-time role offers shifts aligned with school schedules and training provided, with opportunities for growth within a growing community.

• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.

Location:

Avery Point by Erickson Senior Living

Compensation: $13/hr - $15/hr, based on experience and position.

Part-Time, flexible with your school schedule. Scholarship opportunities.

No experience required, training is provided.

Start of shift options are 3pm, 4pm, or 5pm. Finish shift between 8:30pm/9pm.

Join our team as a server, where you’ll be at the heart of our restaurant, delivering exceptional dining experiences with a friendly, service-oriented approach. Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and make every meal memorable, all while serving delectable dishes with unmatched hospitality.
