Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a part-time Server to help deliver a great dining experience for our residents in a community restaurant. You will greet guests, guide them to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drink selections.

The role emphasizes friendly service, relationship building with residents, and dependable attendance. Training and a path to benefits may be provided as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state/county regulations.

Schedule: Part-Time

As a Server in our community restaurant, YOU… help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with YOU!

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our residents
• If under the age of 18, must provide proper schoolwork authorization(if applicable)
• Must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Must have strong customer service presentation
