Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is hiring a part-time Server at our community restaurant in Creve Coeur, MO. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver guest-level service in a welcoming setting.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, making dish recommendations, and handling drink selections with accuracy in our POS system.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization
• Server must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation
