Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Avery Point community in Short Pump, Virginia, is hiring entry-level dining associates. This role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours, with compensation of $14–$15 per hour based on experience and no late nights.

You’ll help guests with menu highlights, take orders accurately, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. No prior experience is required; you will gain valuable hospitality skills while working with a supportive team in a growing senior

Location:

No late nights: most servers are out by 9:00pm
