Job summary

Livingston Street Capital, LLC is seeking friendly, energetic part-time servers for Lakeside Manor in Reno. You will help create a warm, home-like dining experience for residents.

You will welcome residents, answer questions about menu items, serve food and beverages, maintain clean dining areas, and support teammates during busy periods. Training is provided and prior hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude with passion for providing exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual and committed to delivering a great resident experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and memorable dining experience for every resident and guest.
• Welcome residents with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests, ensuring residents feel valued and well cared for.
• Prepare and maintain assigned dining sections to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for service throughout your shift.
• Accurately answer questions about menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables to keep the dining room inviting and service running smoothly.
• Support fellow team members during busy meal periods to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
