Northridge Valley Senior Living is seeking a Part-time Food Server to join our team in Los Angeles, California. You will provide excellent dining service to our residents during mealtimes and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area, interacting courteously with residents, and collaborating with kitchen staff.

This role requires a flexible approach to work various shifts, including weekends. Previous experience is preferred and a high school diploma is a plus. Join us in creating a welcoming dining atmosphere for our residents.

• Provide excellent dining service to residents during mealtimes, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Interact with residents courteously and respond to their requests or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, caregivers, and other team members to ensure efficient and smooth dining services.
• Have a good understanding of the menu, including dietary restrictions and special requests, to assist residents effectively.

Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of food safety guidelines and hygiene standards.

Work Schedule

• 3:00pm - 6:30pm
• Must be available to work weekends
