Job summary

Broadway Mesa Village A Senior Living Community is seeking friendly part-time servers to help serve meals to residents and support daily dining operations. Shifts typically run 6:00 am to 10:00 am or 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with emphasis on hospitality and resident care.

Qualified candidates have at least one year in hospitality or senior living, strong English communication, and good judgment for safe, courteous service. This role offers perks and opportunities within a caring team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Prepares food items and serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents according to the scheduled time frames.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas.
• Assist with setup, serving and cleanup for meals.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and staff.
