Job summary

The Legacy at South Plains is seeking a Server to join our dining team in a senior living setting. The role focuses on preparing and serving meals and maintaining clean, orderly service areas to ensure residents have a positive dining experience.

Candidates should have at least one year of hospitality or senior living experience, good communication skills in English, and sound judgment for daily operations. FT/PT options may be available inclusive of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items and serves food to residents within scheduled time frame.
• Cleans and maintains food service areas, including kitchen and dining room.
