Greenwood Village South, a Life Plan Community managed by Life Care Services, is hiring a part-time Server in Greenwood, IN. You will set tables, take orders, and provide friendly, timely service to residents and guests.

Work-life includes early evening shifts (4-8:30pm weekdays) and weekend (11-8) shifts, totaling 16–20 hours weekly. The role emphasizes compassionate care and exceptional service in a hospitality-driven, non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interpret and explain the menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understand requests.
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisors and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.

Responsabilités

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders and provide timely service.
• Answer questions about the menu.
• Clear dishes from tables and after meal service.
• Maintains a clean working environment.
• Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
• Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes if needed.
• Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in work areas.
