Job summary

Tradition Senior Living, a Texas-based Luxury Senior Living organization, invites applications for a Server at the Dallas - Prestonwood community. You will prepare meals per recipes and guides, assist with sanitation, and help with inventory while maintaining a safe, sanitary environment.

Reporting to the Director of Dining, you will contribute to high-quality meal presentation and resident services. This role supports a hospitality-focused, growing team at multiple Texas communities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting.
• Possess strong culinary skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant style service as related to meal preparation and service and timing.
• Ability read and follow recipes.
• Possesses sound organizational and time management skills.
• Possesses good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to approved recipes and preparation guides.
• Assist with sanitation of the food service areas and the receiving and inventory of supplies and products.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary environment and follows regulatory guidelines.
• The Server reports directly to the Director of Dining who oversees day to day operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• Ensure timely preparation of meals with high-quality presentation.
