DINING ROOM SERVER

The Tradition Senior Living is a Texas-based Luxury Senior Living organization committed to excellence in all we do to serve our residents. Since our inception, we have expanded to multiple locations in the Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth areas. Each community offers a comprehensive continuum of care that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

We are currently seeking a Server at our Ft. Worth - Clearfork community. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of meals with a high-quality presentation, prepare meals according to approved recipes and preparation guides, assist with sanitation of the food service areas, and manage receiving and inventory of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality meals with proper timing and presentation.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and service areas.
• Present meals appealingly and ensure timely preparation.
• Handle guest relations and resident interaction.
• Keep food production records, temperature logs, and cleaning schedules.
