Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Crestwood, KY is seeking a Part-Time Server for our community restaurant. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection, using our POS system to relay orders and ensure accuracy.

You will uphold dining room standards, participate in opening and closing duties, and deliver friendly, guest-first service to residents and family members.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Server, must currently hold a Food Handler’s Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation
