Job summary

The Pavilion at Camelback Senior Living in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time server to join our community restaurant team. You will guide residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist in drink selection, and coordinate orders through our POS system.

The role emphasizes friendly, attentive service and building relationships with residents. Must have or obtain a Food Handler's Card where required; prior hospitality experience is helpful; eligible for benefits and perks.

Qualifications

• Big smile and compassionate approach to residents.
• Under 18 may require schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Server must hold or obtain a Food Handler's Card as required by regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist with drinks.
• Communicate orders to residents using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required.

Schedule: Part-Time, Varied Shifts. As a Server in our community restaurant, YOU... help create an incredible dining experience; build relationships with residents; and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with YOU!

• As a Server, you will direct residents to their tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection
• Communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale system
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Server, must currently hold a Food Handler's Card, or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• It is required for a Server to have strong customer service presentation
