Job summary

The Phoenix at Braselton, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a part-time Server to join the dining team. The position focuses on providing dining and table services to residents and guests in accordance with the community’s standards, including proper setup and timely service.

Responsibilities include maintaining sanitary procedures, assisting with meal service, and cleaning dining areas. Weekend availability is required, with flexible hours to support peak service days and times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior dining/hospitality or full-service senior living experience preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service in residents' dining rooms.
• Set up dining areas properly and ensure service standards.

Part time

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION

Server

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
