Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Server to join The Phoenix at Lake Lanier team. The Server will provide dining and table services to residents and guests in accordance with company standards, ensure proper dining setup, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, with prior dining hospitality or senior living experience preferred. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak service times is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table services to residents and guests.
• Set up dining rooms and maintain proper dining setup.
• Handle all foods in sanitary accordance with procedures.

Server

The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible for proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services and cleaning of the dining rooms. Responsible for handling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Education/Experience/Licence- Certification

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full service senior living preferred
