Job summary

Chili's is seeking friendly Servers to join our team in Connecticut. You will provide hospitable service, learn our menu, and help guests feel special while delivering a consistent Chili's experience.

You'll work with a great team in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for growth. Previous restaurant experience is a plus, and a positive attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
