Job summary

Chili's Memphis is seeking servers who deliver hospitality and friendly service to Guests. Learn menu items to explain options and provide a customized dining experience while working with a strong team to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Open to flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; 18+ years old. Chili's offers a fast hiring process and a welcoming team culture that values guests and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills required.
• Ability to explain menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with other staff.
• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
