Job summary

Chili's is seeking friendly servers in Milford, CT to deliver hospitable, customized service and memorable guest experiences. You will learn the menu, explain offerings, and work with the team to ensure satisfaction.

Role includes opening/closing duties and a flexible schedule that may include weekends, weekdays, and holidays. Prior restaurant experience is a plus; 18+ age requirement applies; join a culture centered on service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests
• Learn our menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
