Job summary

Chili's is seeking a friendly Server to deliver hospitable service and help create memorable moments for Guests. You will learn the menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Availability on weekends, weekdays, and holidays is required. We value great attitude, a fast-paced mindset, and a willingness to provide a personalized dining experience.

• Met minimum age requirement of 18 for this position.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest.
• Prior experience a plus.
