Job summary

Chili's is seeking friendly servers in a fast-paced casual dining setting in the United States. You will provide hospitable, customized service, learn the menu, and explain offerings to Guests while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available; weekend and holiday availability is often required. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, with growth opportunities and a strong team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest.
• Experience in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests

• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members
• Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
