Job summary

Chili's is looking for friendly Servers to deliver hospitality and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will learn the menu, explain offerings, and work opening or closing shifts while collaborating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring a great attitude, 18+ years old, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed; prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests

• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest
• Prior experience a plus
