Job summary

CSAT Solutions LP in the United States is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate material flow. You will receive, label, and stage shipments, verify quantities, load/unload, and prepare materials for distribution while following SOPs and ISO 9001 requirements.

The role demands basic computer skills, good time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced team with close supervision. Experience with pallet jacks and manual handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic familiarity with computer use required.
• Experience in material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and ships materials including packaging, labeling and staging.
• Verifies quantities of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Loads and unloads material.
• Gathers parts for issue or distribution to shipping or other departments.
• Completes necessary paperwork accurately.
• Performs housekeeping duties to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assists with material transactions in shop floor system.
• May conduct basic visual inspections and clean products as needed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Receives and or ships materials to include packaging labeling and staging
• Verifies quantities of incoming and outgoing materials
• Loads and unloads material
• Gathers parts/product materials for issue or distribution to shipping or other cross functional departments
• Completes necessary paperwork accurately
• Performs housekeeping duties; such as cleaning, sweeping and organizing materials to maintain a safe working environment
• Assists with the transaction of materials in shop floor system
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and or other quality system requirements in their department
• May conduct visual mechanical inspection to identify cosmetic issues
• May use isopropyl alcohol or similar substances to clean products
• May perform some data entry and filing
• May perform other duties as assigned

Education Training and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in material handling preferred
• Able to utilize manual moving equipment including; pallet jacks carts etc
• Basic familiarity with computer use required
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment with close supervision
• Intermediate English abilities required
• Ability to follow documented procedures standards and policies
• Excellent time management skills

Working Conditions and Essential Abilities & Functions

• Warehouse environment may not be climate controlled
• Lift carry up to 20 lbs
• Push pull up to 50 lbs
• Stand walk for 8 hours
• Frequent bending stooping twisting and crouching
