Job summary

Condado Tacos in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Server to deliver fast, friendly service with our maniacal hospitality. You’ll explain menu items, note allergies, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.

This role offers $20-25 per hour including tips, daily tip payouts, growth opportunities, a friendly team, and perks such as discounts and telehealth benefits. Must be 18+, reliable transportation, and available nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
• Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be willing to work nights & weekends
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)

• Provide maniacal hospitality and the best experience for our guests.
• Maintain a positive attitude & be authentically you – have fun
• Have genuine curiosity for why our guests are dining with us, if they have dined with us before and share who we are
• Thanks, every guest & show appreciation for them dining with us
• Know how to listen and communicate appropriately.
• Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
• Work as a unit and be team oriented.
• Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
