Job summary

Condado Tacos, Indianapolis location, is seeking a Server to deliver high-energy, guest-focused service with maniacal hospitality. You will manage dining experiences, explain menu items, and note allergies while contributing to a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

Expect to work in a lively setting with daily tips, opportunities for growth, and a culture focused on guest satisfaction and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs.
• Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute food and beverage service throughout guest dining with hospitality standards.
• Maintain a fast-paced, high-awareness service to make guests happy.
• Engage with guests and build connections to encourage repeat visits.
• Provide gratitude and appreciation to each guest.
• Listen and communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Explain menu and note allergies for food safety.
• Work as a team and follow side-work checklists.
