Condado Tacos is hiring a Server to deliver fast, friendly food and beverage service with a focus on hospitality. You will engage guests, explain the menu, and ensure accuracy in orders while adhering to service standards.

Ideal candidates are energized by high-paced shifts, enjoy connecting with guests, and are willing to work nights and weekends. This role offers tip-structured pay and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs.
• Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be willing to work nights & weekends.
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred).

• Provide maniacal hospitality and the best experience for our guests.
• Maintain a positive attitude & be authentically you – have fun.
• Have genuine curiosity for why our guests are dining with us, if they have dined with us before and share who we are.
• Thanks, every guest & show appreciation for them dining with us.
• Know how to listen and communicate appropriately.
• Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes.
• Work as a unit and be team oriented.
• Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards.
