Job summary

Condado Tacos, Indianapolis location, is seeking a Server to deliver high-energy, guest-focused service with maniacal hospitality. You will manage dining experiences, explain menu items, and note allergies while contributing to a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

Expect to work in a lively setting with daily tips, opportunities for growth, and a culture focused on guest satisfaction and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs.
• Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred).

A Server is responsible for executing food and beverage service throughout each guest’s dining experience with Condado's service standards, focusing on maniacal hospitality. Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
• Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation.
• Team members will seldom kneel, squat or climb stairs.
• Team members will continuously lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds, rarely lift or carry over 25 pounds.
