Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Server for The Blake at Glenncrest at Webb Gin to provide gracious hospitality and a memorable dining experience. You will guide guests through menus, assist with bar and coffee shop duties, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role requires caring service for residents, HS diploma, and hospitality experience. Bar Card and ServSafe may be preferred, with flexibility for holidays and weekend shifts in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• ServSafe Certification if applicable by state requirements.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements.
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment and prepare food meeting hospitality standards.
• Knowledge of a POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and deliver food with team members for prompt, world-class service.
• Set and reset tables according to standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Maintain stock levels of bar, coffee shop, and front of house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested.
