Job summary

QSL Management's The Blake at Glenncrest at Webb Gin in Georgia is seeking a friendly Server to deliver gracious hospitality to residents and guests. You will assist in the bar and coffee shop, guide guests through menus, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ServSafe certification if required locally, and prior food service or hospitality experience. Bar/Card knowledge is a plus with flexible shifts including holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• ServSafe Certification if required by state.
• Food server/hospitality experience preferred.
• Bar Card preferred if state allows.
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus and demonstrate knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team for prompt service.
• Set and reset tables per standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Maintain stock levels in bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Support special events and activities as needed.

Primary Responsibilities of the Server:

• Ensure that all residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guiding guests through menus, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food and beverages.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in all dining areas.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to deliver great food in an organized manner as to deliver prompt, world class service
• Sets and reset tables in line with company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of the house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested

Requirements
