Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Server for The Glenncrest at Johns Creek to deliver gracious hospitality in a senior living setting. You will guide guests through menus, assist in the bar and coffee shop, and ensure a world-class dining experience with attentive service.

The role requires a caring heart, a high school diploma or GED, and hospitality or food service experience. Flexibility for holidays and special events is essential, with a focus on resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe certification if applicable by state requirements.
• Food server/hospitality experience required.
• Bar Card preferred if applicable to state requirements.
• Willingness to work with the elderly in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in Bar and Coffee Shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain appearance, cleanliness, hygiene and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and deliver great food with team members.
• Set and reset tables in line with company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation if requested.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels of bar, coffee shop and front of house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested
