Chartwells Higher Ed in Concordia University is hiring for a Server Lead role. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with shifts from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Prior server and supervisory experience is preferred, and opportunities for growth through the management program are available.

Qualifications

• Prior server and supervisory experience preferred.
• Evening shift availability 3:30 pm–9:00 pm.
• Open to both full-time and part-time roles.

Responsabilités

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture and operations.
• Demonstrates understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Oversees training of staff and assists in selecting employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
