Job summary

Compass Group USA's Chartwells K-12 division is hiring a Server Lead for a full-time role at Ladue School District in Saint Louis, MO. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, with duties to take and deliver orders and ensure a safe, pleasant dining experience.

Prior food service and customer service experience is required. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, with internal referral bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
