Job summary

Chartwells K-12 is hiring immediately for full-time Server Lead positions in the Ladue School District, Saint Louis, MO. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, with a starting pay range of $16.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Prior food service and customer service experience is required and training is offered for those with relevant background. Applicants undergo online applications, with opportunities for internal referral bonuses.

• Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
