What will I be doing?

As a Room Service Server, you will deliver and serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your responsibilities include:

• Set up room service trays and tables for incoming orders
• Retrieve checks, set tables, and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms and meeting rooms
• Serve meals, collect trays, and respond promptly to guest requests
• Present checks and process payments
• Return payments and signed checks to the order taker
• Answer room service calls and perform order-taking duties as needed
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
