Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an In-Room Dining Server for our The Lodge at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort setting.

Experience in customer service is preferred, and the role offers flexibility to accommodate days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and have or obtain DLC certification by day one.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8hrs a day.
• Must have or be able to obtain DLC certification on or before first day.

We are looking for In-Room Dining Servers for our Food and Beverage outlets at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Experience is great, but professionalism and a great attitude are even more important. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate various needs. Applicants should be open to working a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
