Job summary

The Fontaine, A Kansas City Hotel, is seeking a passionate Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. You will greet guests, guide through the menu, take orders, and partner with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year serving experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in Kansas City, MO.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
