Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Server for our Margaritaville-inspired venues in Kansas City. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, take accurate orders, and deliver food and drinks with care in a fast-paced setting.

This role rewards energy, teamwork, and superb communication as you help create memorable dining experiences and contribute to a respected hospitality company known for its people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask? (noting ability to multitask)

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Guide guests through the menu, providing recommendations and answering questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
• Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery
