North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks an entry-to-journey level Server & Hosting Analyst I to support enterprise server, hosting, and virtualization environments. This role provides operational support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation assistance for physical and virtual servers and storage.

You will collaborate with application teams, cybersecurity, networking, and vendors to maintain secure, high-availability hosting services supporting EHR

Qualificações

• Knowledge of server operating systems, including Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or hosted environments.
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure concepts including storage, backups, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and system monitoring.
• Familiarity with infrastructure security principles, patching, and vulnerability management.

Responsabilidades

• Support enterprise server, hosting, and virtualization environments across the Department.
• Provide operational support, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation assistance for physical and virtual server environments, operating systems, hosting platforms, storage systems, and infrastructure technologies.
• Collaborate with application teams, cybersecurity, networking, clinical informatics, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain hosting services.
• Participate in incident response, system upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management.
