Job summary

BoujieMana, a full-service restaurant located in central San Diego and part of TCWGlobal, is hiring experienced servers. You will welcome guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and a passion for food and wine. Compensation starts at $17.75/hr plus tips, with onsite benefits and a busy evening/weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of server experience.
• Valid Food Handler’s Card.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Alcohol Training certificate.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day.
• Working knowledge of POS systems (Shift4 familiarity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create an exceptional dining experience from arrival through departure.
• Maintain a proactive, guest-focused approach to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in accordance with BoujieMana’s elevated service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
