GlobalLogic is seeking a Server Hardware Validation / Systems Integration Engineer in Cambridge, MA. You will lead hardware bring-up, debug, and validation across power, thermal, storage, networking, and system management, collaborating with OEM/ ODM partners and component suppliers.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, test automation using Python/Bash, and tight integration with Linux-based systems for validation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant hardware engineering experience.
• Hands-on hardware bring-up, debugging, validation or qualification.
• Familiar with server components (CPU, RAM/DRAM, NIC, storage).

Responsibilities

• Review hardware requirements, schematics, layouts, and platform configurations.
• Perform system bring-up, debug, and troubleshooting across power, thermal, storage, networking, and system management.
• Develop and execute hardware validation and qualification plans for system and server components (CPU, RAM/DRAM, NICs, NVMe, PCIe).
• Document test procedures, results, failures, root causes, and corrective actions.
