Job summary

Larksfield Place is seeking an Assisted Living Server in Wichita, KS. You will greet residents, take food and beverage orders, and ensure meals are served with high presentation and accuracy in a warm, upscale dining setting.

You will coordinate with kitchen staff, perform side work, and uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols while delivering courteous and professional service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred.
• Courteous, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and accuracy.
• Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to additional service needs.
• Perform side work, including table setup, restocking, and cleaning, to maintain a polished dining room.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection-control protocols.
• Respond to resident feedback and service needs with respect and a helpful attitude.

A Day in the Life:

• Weekdays: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM


• Every other weekend: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
