Job summary

Larksfield Place Retirement Communities in Wichita, KS is seeking a part-time Server to deliver restaurant-style dining in an upscale senior living environment. You will greet and seat residents, take orders, and ensure accurate service with pride and professionalism.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour based on experience, with opportunities to advance in food service, hospitality, or related roles. Applicants must be at least 16, fluent in English, and able to pass a health screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred.
• Physical exam showing freedom from communicable diseases required.
• Courteous, dependable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS
• Serve meals and beverages with accurate presentation
• Check in with residents during meals and respond to service needs
• Perform side work: table setup, restocking, and cleaning
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff for timely service
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Respond to resident feedback with courtesy

A Day in the Life:

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
