Larksfield Place Retirement Communities in Wichita, KS is seeking a Server for our independent living dining program. This full-time role delivers restaurant-style service to residents and guests, takes orders, serves meals, and helps maintain a polished dining room.

You will follow safety protocols and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service, all while upholding warmth, professionalism, and teamwork to elevate every dining moment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and accuracy.
• Check in with residents during meals and respond promptly to service needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain cleanliness to a polished dining room.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
