Job summary

The Mather in Tysons, Virginia, is seeking a Server to deliver professional, high-end dining in a luxury senior living environment. You will welcome guests, take accurate orders, and serve across multiple venues, sharing menu insights and guiding guests through our scratch kitchen and elevated beverage program.

This full-time role offers flexible schedules and requires weekend, weeknight, and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent interaction and communication skills.

• 1 year or more of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• Prior service experience in dining environment.
• Level 4 LobsterInk Certification.

• Foundational level of wine knowledge.

Join The Mathers Food & Beverage team as a Server and bring exceptional dining experiences to life in a luxury senior living environment. In this role, you will deliver professional, timely food and beverage service across multiple restaurant venues, each offering distinctive service styles and experiences. You’ll build meaningful connections with residents, family members, and guests, sharing insights on innovative, ever-changing menus, discussing our scratch kitchen approach, and guiding guests through our elevated food and beverage program. The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions.

Hourly Pay Range

$23.50 - $25 USD
