Job summary

The Mather is hiring a Kokua Server in Tysons, Virginia, to deliver professional, high-end food and beverage service in a luxury senior living environment. You will greet residents and guests, take orders, make menu recommendations, and maintain a polished appearance in line with our standards.

This part-time role requires weekend, weeknights, and holiday availability. Eligible team members may participate in a comprehensive benefits program, with an hourly pay range of $23.50–$25.00 USD.

Join The Mather's Food & Beverage team as a Kokua Server and bring exceptional dining experiences to life in a luxury senior living environment. In this role, you will deliver professional, timely food and beverage service. You’ll build meaningful connections with residents, family members, and guests. Ensure all resident dietary needs are being followed. We’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about food, hospitality, and delivering high-end service, with a natural ability to create memorable dining moments.

Part-time position available; FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES. Weekend, weeknight, and holiday availability required.

The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions. Hourly Pay Range: $23.50 USD - $25 USD
