Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Server in Pasadena, United States! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers.

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, communicating effectively with the kitchen staff
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred, but not required (we provide comprehensive training)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills for operating POS and payroll systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handling/sanitation certifications
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capability to carry trays and plates efficiently
• Attention to detail for accurate order taking and delivery
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions when necessary
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team player mentality with a collaborative spirit
• Knowledge of local cuisine and dining culture is a plus
