• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SERVER ASSISTANT positions.
• Location: Fanny's Academy Museum of Motion Pictures - 6067 West Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; days and hours may vary, weekends are required. More details upon interview.

• Pay Rate: $17.28 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Assists servers with various dining room activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
  • The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
  • The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
  • The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
