Qualifications

• 1–2 years of server experience in luxury Food & Beverage.
• Open availability on weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must provide work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dining experiences that align with Four Seasons' standards of excellence.
• Offer prompt, precise, and personable service tailored to guest preferences.
• Describe menu items, origins, flavors, and preparation techniques to guests.
• Use the hotel's POS system accurately, coordinating with kitchen output.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns with urgency.
• Handle payments, cash, cards, and complimentary items meticulously.
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards in all interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a sanitized work environment.
• Monitor equipment and storage temperatures for optimal function.
• Stock essential products and guest stations.
• Reflect professional standards and liaise with management when needed.

The Opportunity

Four Seasons is currently looking for a Server at Quattro Restaurant & Bar.

Basic Purpose

As a Server, you will curate the customer’s experience by sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm in a genuine way. You will drive the food and coffee culture and assist in the daily operations of the café lobby lounge and restaurant bar.

Essential Functions

• Deliver dining experiences that align with Four Seasons' standards of excellence.
• Offer prompt, precise, and personable service, taking care to understand and cater to guest preferences.
• Engage guests with descriptive details about menu items, including their origins, flavors, and preparation techniques.
• Use the hotel’s point-of-sale system efficiently, ensuring harmony between the kitchen's output and the guest's request.
• Anticipate guests’ needs, ensure their satisfaction, and address any concerns with utmost urgency.
• Handle guest payments meticulously, managing cash, credit cards, voided checks, and complimentary items.
• Uphold Four Seasons' service standards in all interactions.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene, maintaining a sanitized work environment.
• Monitor equipment and storage temperatures, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Stock essential products and customer stations.
• Address customer feedback with tact and liaise with management when needed.
• Reflect the professional standards of Four Seasons in all behaviors and interactions.
• Foster harmonious relationships with colleagues.
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Knowledge And Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years as a server, work experience in luxury Food & Beverage setting is a plus.
• Must have open availability/flexible schedule – Weekends, Evenings and holidays.
• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
