Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Server to provide friendly, attentive dining service to residents. Starting pay is $16/hour, with additional experience pay, and the shift runs 11am-8pm, including every other weekend.

This is a full-time opportunity within a Life Plan Community managed by Life Care Services. Join a team that values compassionate care, excellent staffing ratios, and meaningful resident relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order.
• Take orders and provide timely service.
• Answer questions about the menu.
• Clear dishes from tables and after meal service.
• Maintains a clean working environment.
• Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for our residents and their guests.
• Assists with dish washing and distribution of clean dishes if needed.
• Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in work areas.
