Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC is seeking a full-time Waitstaff member to greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and ensure an exceptional dining experience at marina locations. Responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting guests as needed.

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Experience in customer service is preferred, and the role requires adaptability and commitment to high service standards in a fast-paced maritime

The Waitstaff is responsible for preparing tables, greeting and seating customers, taking and delivering orders, as well as processing payment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

Safety and Environmental Responsibilities

• Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area.
• Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately.

Technical and Physical Requirements
