Job summary

Safe Harbor Marinas, LLC (SHM) is seeking a Lead Line Cook - Full Time at the Peninsula Yacht Club to prepare meals in a sanitary, timely manner for a private club setting. You will follow recipes and presentation specifications to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Working at SHM, you will operate standard kitchen equipment safely, maintain your station, assist with stocking and inventory, and adhere to all safety rules and food production codes while providing excellent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of kitchen experience preferred.
• Relevant food safety certification a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of basic food prep and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain station with sanitation practices.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
• Restock items as needed during the shift.
• Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.

The Lead Line Cook at Safe Harbor Peninsula Yacht Club prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner in a private Club setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Safety and Environmental Responsibilities

Follow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.Wear proper personal protective equipment (may include safety glasses, gloves, life jackets and/or hard hats) as required for the task or work area. Report all accidents, injuries, spills and near misses immediately.

Technical and Physical Requirements
